8 36" box jumps
30 double unders
as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
the oh squats you can alternate arms or use same arm, whatever you prefer, it's just 5 total reps per round. it's a light day today,

josh: 2 rounds then modified routine, he's still really sore, he rode 93 miles on his bike on saturday. he wanted nothing to do with box jumps, or double unders.
