I just received my first abmat. Situps are easier for the first 15 or so, but then they get way harder....

I also just received my first bumper plates, I ordered 2x45#. They don't bounce as much as I thought, but they will be my weights of choice!!!

Thank you Uncle Sam, It's my present to myself for the Income tax returns.

Yes, it's quite lonely.....

I'm in Denver now, getting ready for the Rocky Mountain Regional qualifiers...

Tommy is going to Albany for the Northwest regional qualifiers next weekend.
