Ye old blog. It's fun to peruse your pages. The ant, Cookie Monster, and my other nomes de plume is back and posting. I have a blatantly crazy goal. But that shouldn't surprise as I can't run or hide from who I am. My most recent goal is to make the crossfit Rockford affiliate team. I've had a long and dark year. My leg strength has increased but I've had to go to places which I'd rather not have gone to get there. Btw. Posting on my iPhone stinks. 5 week goal mash up. 1) dial in my lungs. 2) condition low back for deadlifts 3) feel light on the pull-up bar 4) get gymnastics back I feel to say: good luck bro!!

Yes, this is a funky one.
As Many Rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
1x one leg squat - alternate legs every other round
3x 95# single arm, single leg deadlift - alternate arm/leg every other round
5x fingertip pushups-chest to ground,
Note when finger tip pushups fail go to fist pushups, when fist pushups fail go to regular pushups. Chest must touch ground on every rep
