Tuesday - 0902008 - Pull-Up Ladder

Pull-Up Ladder x 2

On a continuously running clock do 1 pull up on the first minute, 2 on the second minute, 3 on the third, etc. When you are unable to complete all pull ups in the minute, run 400 meters and begin again at the bottom (1 pull up on the first minute, two on the second, etc.). Complete this ladder 2x.

Post rounds for each ladder + 400m run times.

Death is nothing, but to live defeated and inglorious is to die daily.

performed on a bar hanging by chains utilizing underhanded grip. i hadn't done that variety in a while.

surprising how cardio intense it gets toward the end. definitely a 'sleeper' wod. it looks easy but there are some moments bordering on torture.

late nighter, eh groover? how'd you sleep after that sleeping giant of a wod?

Like crap. It probably had to do more with sleeping on the couch, though.

I've had 2 late nighters in a row...both Monday's and Tuesday's.
