That was a good one. It was tough to run those last two 400m because my arms were feeling quite jellyish. I laid down on the ground afterwards and the only things I could do/say was to breath in and, in exhaling, say ouch...that took 5 minutes before I could stand up...

Berb, the abuse is free. I do what I can to make up for your 3 week unauthorized sabbatical.

i am...i might not be lifting too much these next couple of weeks. i'm going to the doctor on monday for my back. it basically kills everytime i attempt to step with my left foot. i can't even take my son out of the crib...very frustrating.

hey naylor,
sorry about your back. mine's not in the best shape either, but it sounds much better than yours. i hope you take the opportunity to just do simple wods that focus on other body parts. i'd rather have you participate and do simple wods, but i'm not sure how limited you are either.

regardless, i hope you get it back to normal, i feel for you man!

For the first time in a couple of months, I had the "good" kind of back pain. This one did me good.

Get feeling better NayNay, it's just not the same being a punching bag w/o someone there to punch us.

The 1st four challenges were supposed to be lighter on the back (max rep pushups in 20 minutes, pull-up ladder x 2)...I'm sure you'll find ways to abuse us and still keep the back safe.

If it makes you feel any better, I loathe Burpees to no end.
