Medal of Homer

This is to call out our own Ho, and give him the Medal of Homer. If Naylor can come back from his own sick week and double up on his WODs to check them all off, then surely you can do the WODs and post your times. It doesn't take much, 1 minute when you wakeup, 1 minute at lunch or 1 minute before you fall asleep is all that it takes to post your times. Get with the program!

Good one fellas! Sorry...no excuses. 100% accountable- I have a hard time keeping track of my times during the workouts. I am not priveledged to have a watch keeper like everyone else. Was that an excuse?

Use your fancy schmanzy forerunner...that's what I do. It's not perfect, but it works.

I do - sometimes. but on heavy lift days or if I am at the gym - I do not like to bring it or wear it. it gets in my way and I tend to lose things. And since it cost me half my mortgage I do not want to risk it by taking it off and accidentally leaving it. Naylor knows me. I lose things. But, I know, I will find a way. Maybe I will find a friend. haha

homie,
purchase a $5.00 digital watch at target or walmart, they have a stopwatch feature. push start when starting and stop when done.
