i dnf'd. made it through 21 reps in just under 20 minutes. i have no mojo today, very discouraging.

i'll try again later on in the week.

i did 4 rounds of

135lbs push press x 10
ring dips x 10

then i decided to go for 1RM of military press. i got 205lbs. i was pretty stoked. i'm going to work on this more, basically my whole CFT. i want to get back to my hold total and then some. i'm thinking this would be a reasonable breakdown:

press - 250
deadlift - 550
squat - 500

i want to do this by December.

oh i did do one more round of

135lb x 10 and ring dips x 10

did it all at 11pm last night. didn't get home from FHE until 10:15! i wanted to go to bed so bad, felt good to force myself to workout.
