Clean/Jerk Ladder @ 135#
1 per minute, add 1 for each additional minute until time runs out.

**If you don't make it to 10 minutes, you must do the ladder a 2nd time**

Grace x 2. 30 x 135# clean and press double header.

Round 1: 4:58
Round 2: 5:56

Hadn't done Grace in a while, just a little disappointed that I couldn't pull it out a bit faster. Exactly 5 minute rest between rounds.

i'm going to do this tonight before bjj. going to do it with 185lbs.

Those would be good times with 185# or 225#.

For some reason getting a Grace time(good or bad) is much more satisfying than completing a ladder.
