OHS Ladder @ 75% of your 1 Rep Max
1 per minute, add 1 for each additional minute until time runs out

**If you don't make it to 10 minutes, you must repeat the ladder a 2nd time**

Very difficult, I knocked it down to 95#, and my legs were still having none of it. The legs just rebelled at squatting.

I did the squat clean and jerk thing yesterday as well as a treadmill tabata @10mph and 7% incline. Something took all the juices out of my legs.

So I finished up with:
Snatch/Ohs grip behind the neck push press 3x3x3x3x3x3x3
3x95#
3x115#
3x135#
3x145#
3x135#
3x135#
3x135#

I finished up with a 30' Overhead walk, holding 135# in the OHS position. That was crazy hard. I'll have to try that again sometime.
