Bench Press Naylor

10 rounds:
10x205# Deadlift
10x155# Bench Press

Post time to comments...

What you are you do not see, what you
see is your shadow.

My wishes are fools, they shout across
thy song, my master.
Let me but listen.

I cannot choose the best.
The best chooses me.

They throw their shadows before them
who carry their lantern on their back

I'm going to be sore, yep..

155# bench through the first 3 rounds, 135# thereafter. Once you do it, you'll see why.

Bench really slowed me down, really slowed me down.

The deadlift sets were all unbroken and I felt extreemly solid there. All sets were done in that :20-:25 second range. After the 2nd round each set of bench had to be broken down into 2 or 3 sets, it was awful. But that's why we did bench today instead of pushups, pushups never make me sore.

What time are you getting on your Helen nowadays?

i didn't time that one. i'm in the low 10 min area. I'm going to do Helen again next week as rx'd and report.

i'm hoping that since i've been using a 70kb lately that it will help.

15:20 as rx'd. All sets unbroken. Wanted to do it w/ a 235# DL, but got scared away after the first set. Next time.

Muy Bien amigo, muy bien.....

We will re-visit this one in a couple of weeks at the weight you request. It will make me stretch.
