Find push press max.

Then
500 x 53# kettlebell snatch. - 250 each arm
not timed, take as long as needed

500 snatches in sets of 25, done over the course of about 5 hours.

500 snatches...you're crazy. I'll to the PP max tonight, though it might not be a true max with my wimpy thumb, but I won't be doing 500 snatches you snatch.

To the best of my memory, here's what I did:
Warm-up: 5x85, 3x105
Then:
1x135
1x155
1x165
1x175
1x185
1x195 (failed)
1x195 (failed)


Interspersed in there I did 15xBW Bench (200lbs), 50 ab-mat sit-ups, 10 K2E kicks and 1:00 inverted ring hangs.

Felt good to finally do something, even if I was weak in doing it.

PS...my verification word today is: peehyd (does that translate to pee head?)

Good job Tom Thumb. Although I was hoping to brutalize you with the 500 snatches.

You got the rites of prescription after Jan 1, correct?

Naylor does if he's still here. I wouldn't do 500 snatches if I were healthy.

My right shoulder has been a bit sore lately. Kettlebells always heel the soreness, they must do something to engage some additional muscles in the area. Hear me now believe me later, kettlebells are the weigh trainers best medicine.

I found out that I can do about 28 in one minute but rep #28 is a heave.

You need to throw something like this into the mix periodically, don't be scared of it.
