Bench and pullups are a terrible combo. No break or rest for the arms.

A bit easier than last time, hopefully I won't be as sore as the first one.

Warm up with some holds, 1 minute of:
-handstand, one arm pushup plank, frog stand, 18#kb chinup, monkey hangs(30 sec each arm)

Also worked on one arm chin holds, probably only 2 sets of 5 seconds each arm.

Front Squat work:
5x45#,75#,105#,125#,135#,135#
2x135# thruster
