Warmed up with:
1 min handstand hold
3x2 of 70# weighted pullup
2x2 of 135# strict press
1x2 of 140# strict press
1x20' legless rope climb, it's a small rope and it tears up my hands, I can't slide down. It was scary at top not being able to slide down.

did this one on wednesday. i even strapped on the h streets. time of 16:28.

the 1st 1/2 mile was great, 3;40 time, and then slowed to 4:15 for the run.

this one made my head spin, literally.
