Increase the weight each round

2 mile run...mile 1 in 9:00, mile 2 in 8:36. I'm really slow, but am glad to say that I'm not as sore the next morning as I was the last 2 runs.

K2E ladder x 2:
Ladder 1: 2 + 4 + 6 + 8 + 10 + 12 + 14 = 56 total
Ladder 2: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10 + 11 + 12 = 78 total

Finished it off to = 150 total
