AM Crew Josh, Sam, Jake. We had 3 bars, 65#,75#,95#. We did 5 reps and rotated stations, kept rotating stations until 30 reps were complete.

My knee actually felt better after this. It's possible that I've been too back and hamstring driven and not enough quad(squat) and abdominal driven, thereby causing and odd pull on the knee tendon.

Then, OHS grip push press:
5x95# + 100' OHS grip walk.
