Wasn't feeling it tonight - I'm still feeling the lingering effects of that "Death" WOD from last week that I did Monday morning.

5x65#, 75#, 95#, 105#, 115#
1x175# failed.

Switched to Push Press (knee was feeling tender and didn't want to push it):
1x175# (failed)
1x175#
1x195# (failed)
1x195# (failed)

Body was having none of it. Left arm was getting tighter as the night progressed (that's what stopped the thrusters - each time I got to rep 4 or 5 it was pretty tight).

That "Death" WOD took a lot out of me.

Well done Brutha man, well done.

I really wanted to put up 185#, but no go.

Yes, death was just that. It took 3 days for this old man to recover and I think the lingering effects still showed on this wod.
