That felt really good to get that last one @ 200#. I did all the presses from behind the head, which I've rarely done until today...but I'm sold. Last week I could barely push press 155# in front, so to get to 200# makes me quite content.

That last rep was tough...but once I got it up, and after I got done wobbling for 10-15 seconds, I did it as quickly and efficiently as I could because I knew that if I stopped...the wobbling would recommence.

I used your behind the neck technique for all sets, it worked out quite well. Best part is not to have to pull a Sergio Garcia and re-grip 5x with weight overhead to get comfortable.
