Marathon Training Plan - Prep - Week 4

Monday:
-Run 3 miles at easy to moderate pace.
-150 sit ups.
-Prepare mind for adding CF WOD's.

jake, tom and i used this blog for both crossfit and running. someothers following along, friends of jake, but it was mostly the 3. there is a lot of cool stuff here.

we could set it up where i post the wod's for 1 week and you the next, and then back and forth.

did you figure out how to add pictures?? change pictures, etc???

got a wicked head cold this week ... its killed my planned workouts ... on the bright side it's giving my heel & knee some additional rest to get healed up
